One of the most memorable experience of our Sikkim Trip was this hotel at Gangtok.Beautiful rooms,delicious food and home like comfortable and safe environment. The whole team is doing a fab job. Shiv and his team personify excellent customer service. I dont think we have experienced such a proactive and efficient service at any of the hotels so far. I think their USP is going extra mile for providing personalised experience to each of their guests. With this awesome nature and positive attitude, this team and hotel is going to flourish and make many many many more happy customers :)

Me and my friend stayed at this wonderful hotel located conveniently at a congenial location at Gangtok....had been there for only a short visit but returning with lots of memories that will last a lifetime.... especially the FNB guys especially David rai a wonderful young gentleman with his wonderful support and active charm gave a wonderful service......food was really nice and the hotel was very clean ....keep up the good work team golden imperial.....

Our stay with Golden was wonderful. A special thanks to the staffs for the hospitality and generosity shown. Especially Sujatha and Prayaz who were always available for us, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time.

Three of us (friends) were traveling.Safe environment. Neat & clean rooms. Attentive,sincere, soft spoken & well behaved staff including hotel manager Shiv - was so cooperative.Food quality is also good.Overall great experience.Must visit once.

We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. Perfect location with calm and quiet ambiance. Hotel was clean throughout, our room was spacious and well equipped with everything needed. Food was suitable for all tastes. The staff members were approachable and helpful. They managed all the requirements with charm and professionalism. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the entire team.
