One of the best hotels to be in the heart of the city, Everything is perfect, The hotel staff members are also very friendly. The rooms are good, higenic, yeah the matresses were not so good but satisfaction attained overall

First of all this hotel is located after a steep walk of 2-3 mins. The building is quite far from the main gate which makes it confusing. The pics are completely different than what we got. We faced trouble since we entered. Didn't receive towel for one day for which we couldn't take shower. We received towel next day that too after repeatitive follow ups, apparently there was some issue with laundry. Then the geyser wasn't working, which was solved again after repeatitive follow up. The room is dusty but has good sofa with the tv located nicely. The terrace offers good view.
Stay Away. They don't care.

Stay away from this so called Hotel. It is only suitable for persons willing to put up with dirty, smelly rooms, unhygienic food, faulty and broken facilities. The biggest issue of this fake Hotel is they don't care about you, the paying guests. You will be driven mad by their lack of empathy. Stay away, good people; this is hell, not a Hotel.

I could give a negative star if it would be possible. Worst accommodation in my life. Food was tatti! Rooms were ok .No proper staff, no proper management . Basic facilities like water, got water wasnt provided. A complete NO GO!
