    Amazing breakfast and dinner and good stay . Room quality. Staff is also good, Hotel located near mg road walking distance so best location in city of this hotel. Good management of hotel and best food quality

    We had a family trip last year on Gangtok( Sikkim) and Darjeeling. In Gangtok we opt hotel Pearl Retreat for stay. And it's really a good and clean hotel for stay in Gangtok. Room services are so fast. We had over all experience was good here.

    Property is new with clean spacious rooms and amneties. Food is awesome. Breakfast is buffet with too many varieties and spread. Buffet dinner also have too many varieties. Taste is good. MG road at walking distance.

    Keeping in view of the tariff my rating is 5 star . Surely a value for money. Full marks to cleanliness , nice washrooms , good size room with all needed amenities of a good hotel . tasty food, professional service staff ( my rating to staff is 5+) . the only thing I see they need to change the mattresses of bed.

    The hotel location is good as it is 5 mins away from MG Marg(although some steep incline, not at all suitable for elderly people). There is no view from the rooms. The rooms are well equipped. Food is on the costlier side, lift not working. Found front desk guy to be very grumpy. We were welcomed with smiles in 5 other hotels of the trip, but not here.
