We had a nice stay at Sidlon Residency. Good management with great hospitality and clean and hygiene atmosphere.Mr. Arpan is very helpful and good knowledge of hospitality and he has helped us with good knowledge information about Gangtok . We are pleased to host by him and I would recommend this hotel for better stay at Gangtok.

It's a great hotel in such a location with good food . Had a good time & enjoyed it. One of the best hotel in Gangtok . Good room service & friendly & supportive staff. I would recommend for this hotel as a holiday stay.

Rooms were good ,but there was no water available in both the rooms we took and even after complaining the workers there did nothing...half the power switches were not working.....we booked our hotel through oyo and when we checked in we were told by the hotel Staff the they do not give rooms through oyo so we have to book again but after lot of arguing they had to give us the room...so pls be careful...and the most important thing they have a banquet hall which is mostly occupied so they play loud music throughout the day which is really disturbing and they do not provide restaurant services properly when there is a function going on... otherwise its a good hotel😂

Service is not at all good. Probably there was function when we stayed so there was no room dining service. Rooms are of ok type. View from the room is good. Taps in the washroom do not work. They need to improve on that.
