We stayed at Sumi Shangrila for two nights around mid April 2022 and had an excellent experience primarily due to the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff. Prajokta and Soring were extremely helpful throughout. Prajokta in particular provided detailed and thoughtful guidance wherever we asked for any information. The hotel is professionally managed and upkept with excellent value for money, amazing view from the Premium room (which was a complimentary upgrade for us), good breakfast, crisp bedding and a location well connected with MG Road. Lift was under repair during our stay but that wasn't much of an issue since our room was just one flight up. We are glad we chose this hotel and are grateful to the staff for their warmth and care.

Excellent food,neat and clean.prompt room service and the stay was very comfortable. Prajokta and Soring from reception were great and Nikita and Sneha was very helpful.We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Recommend this hotel to all.

Had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel ambience was very nice and peaceful.Loction wise it ts great as well. The room were very clean and well maintained.The food was delicious and the service was great.The staffs were really co operative and helpful. Staffs were Sukman, Prajokta and Soring from reception were great and the service team Mr.Nipesh ,Nikita , Sneha ,Arpan and Wangden were really helpful.The housekeeping staff Phurba , Passang and Sweety were really co operative. Would like to recommend this hotel to all.

The overall stay was comfortable and good. The rooms were spacious and good for couple stay. The staff was courteous and helpful always. Food I'll rate 4 out of 5. They can include additional North Indian options in ala carte.
