    Located in the heart ❤️ of Gangtok.. Warm and nice place to stay... Staff are really good... specially Ismana GRM she were lovely and have good nature... Looking forward to come again.of course power lunch

    Washroom geyser was not working. Leakage Handshower. Staffs were not attending the calls in reception or room service. After multiple attempts we had to go to reception for our query or services. No food menu card or Qr code card present in the room. We stayed in summit newa in pelling, amd itvwas wonderful experience.But in summit oriental, we are very disappointed with the management and process.
