Wow .. how do u start ?? Speechless.... This is by far the best property i have stayed in Goa, i travel to Goa like 405 times a year and stayed in many many properties, but this is the best ever, the location is amazing, all the best clubs are really really close by, the view from my room ( Clifftop Jacuzzi Room ) was the best ever, and I feel this is the best view any hotel can give in Goa... What makes it a better experience is the people and the staff of the hotel, breakfast is amazing with a beautiful view and we were really taken good care of by KD, Manish, Linus and Raju, they went in detailing of my likes and dislikes, they made the experience even better with the service, and coming to check in process etc, Salman , Daniel, Vaibhav and Archer, they made it smooth... All in all, if u coming to Goa, this is the only place u must stay in... U get it all, the view, the location, the food, the service, its a complete package....

Without a second thought this is the best property one can ever dream of living in Goa beat it the hospitality the rooms most importantly the view it was breath taking it’l be a delight for someone who wants to stay away from the hustle bustle of the goa beaches the resort offers an amazing private beach which is perhaps the cleanest beach i’v ever seen in goa. The staff is very helpful , courteous and generous ,always made sure we had a comfortable stay the most special gesture was we were given an upgrade to the sea view suite it was killer the hospitality you get around is unparalleled and cant be matched at any other resort without a doubt i can say out of all my past experiences they are always happy to see you with a smile on their faces and they are always at your help be it any time would highly recommend this place to my family and friends Kudos to the team Cheers Nevertheless special compliments to Mr Manish who was the best host i’v met!

This was a very bad experience. The room that I was given was next to a group of bachelors and had a connecting door without a latch. The door opened from the other side suddenly which was a huge safety issue as there was no indication that it was a connecting door. In spite of complaining about the noise and the safety issues there was no senior person on the property to resolve. The manager refused to pick up the calls and left it to junior staff to resolve the issue. He then offered me a downgraded room which was available which on checking was found to have AC in non working condition. Then he said he will refund the difference only after 10 days. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.
