I stayed for a couple of days,and to be honest ..it lacked the jazz of a high end beach hotel and rooms do require an upkeep but it made it up with the quality of service from their staff and manager. Its ideally located to all the happening places and whatever you need for a vacation in goa is all a walking distance away. I would recommend their executive suite for the stay.

We stayed here in month of February for 3 nights. The place is in midst of Baga and Calngute. Very comfortable , spacious room . Staff was very cooperative , polite and friendly . They made sure that our stay is comfortable. Breakfast was good but can be better in term of taste . We travelled with infant and staff helped us to prepare food on live counter and also arranged fruits though it was not in buffet. The in house restaurant also server good food . They have nice pool and bar . Walking distance from Baga and Calngute and candolim beach was also close . Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing vacation

The photos which were updated are just a mirage.we had a stay from 28 to 31 oct 2021.I will give 1 for cleaning and hygiene.1 for the food.dont get lured by the Free breakfast / lunch/ dinner option.horrible taste.housekeeping is average.person sitting on the reception is a bit rude.i have a doubt on the cleaning of swimming pool.property is badly maintained.

Please do not stay here if you worry of your safety. All kind of illegal activities is carried out here. This place needs to be seized. Disgusting staff and all kind of dirty work is carried here. I repeat

We spent nine days at the hotel after which we left for a three night stay in Mumbai returning back to the hotel for a further 5 nights as it was already prebooked. During the first part of the stay we stayed in room 1212 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Pros - clean pool, spacious enough room, ample plug points, large balcony, good location close to nightlife and beach, constant hot water, tv with many English movie channels, very comfortable bed. Cons - musty smell to room, unclean dusty floor, aircon blowing dust, poor breakfast, extremely slow wifi (which we had to pay for), dim lighting, no ambience/ atmosphere. For the second part of our stay we were moved to room 1211 next door to our previous room. As soon as we entered we saw two cockroaches crawling on the bathroom screen. We killed them thinking this would be the end of the problem as we had no such issue in room 1212. We unpacked and put clothes into the wardrobe and slept. In the morning,  much to our horror we found the wardrobe was infested with cockroaches. We immediately called housekeeping who agreed there were many and started to spray the infested area. Although we received no apology, we were moved to our previous room 1212 immediately. We requested that our clothes be washed as we did not want the risk of taking cockroaches back with us to London - the hotel agreed to do this. We noticed that the attitude of management changed towards us from then onwards. On our penultimate day, we requested for a late check out. We were informed it would be 3000 INR. The following morning when we went pay, this was increased to 4000 INR. We disputed this highlighting that it was low season and that online rates for the hotel were 3600INR for the night!!! We were told very rudely to go and book online as they would not budge from their inflated price. I mentioned the cockroach issue and that they should take this into consideration only to be told unbelievably that the cockroach issue was our fault!!!! I reminded him that we had stayed in room 1212 for over a week and kept it extremely clean hence why they moved us back to the room after the problem at 1211. We checked out immediately and moved to a nearby hotel that charged a quarter of what the hotel quoted us. The attitude of this staff member was the worst I have ever encountered and I have stayed in hotels on every budget in over forty countries. I have never experienced a cockroach infestation such as that in a room either. The hotel comes across as  money grabbing especially towards foreign guests - most guests are domestic. DO NOT BOOK!!!
