Pensione situata vicino al centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla della città, vicino al famoso ristorante viva panaji e anche a un supermercato di tutto anche prodotti italiani come che dispone di tutto e di più anche la nutella e la pasta ... Molto pulita e camere che ricordano Creta. Trovarete un personale molto professionale e simpatico che soddisferà ogni vostra esigenza , per farvi un esempio siamo arrivati alla fermata di karmali alle 5 del mattino e dopo 10 Minuti Chiquito(Il propetario) è venuto ad aprirci ... Da provare !

Little London.. the most cutest of all..i saw.. wooden stair cases..beautiful place to be.. the cafeteria.. fell in love with it.. pretty. classy. little London. polite staffs. Food is good. beautifully designed.

check in from 12 but by 18.00 still no basics like towels and toilet paper available room was very dusty due to on going works in the building long hairs on shower left from previous guests after payment in full had to request for receipt 3 times overall unpleasant due to dust and noise from refurbishing works location and powerful shower it looks like it will be a very nice place to stay when works are finished but they don't seem to be prepared to have guests staying at the moment

First impressions count. Our first impression of this place was dirty sheets that hadn't been changed since the previous occupants. Had it not been 1:00am, I would have refused to stay and found somewhere else. The room is well equipped with modern fittings and a good supply of very hot water. Wifi was hit and miss. The room was cramped and too small for two people. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed, and very limited storage space for luggage. There were no hooks for wet towels and no toilet paper. Breakfast, for what it was worth was served in the room as there is no dining area. So we had to sit on the bed with the plate perched on our laps. Breakfast consisted of 3 small slices of white bread and a dollop of jam. On one of the days the bread was stale. The floor hadn't been swept prior to our arrival and neither had the bathroom been cleaned. During our four day stay no cleaning took place so the fluff on the floor and the matted hair in the shower drainage became a regular feature. The plates were chipped and cracked, cups were dirty and knives greasy. The owner insists on upfront payment. I know why - given this level of service I can fully understand why guests would refuse to pay the over-inflated price for this room. The price for a four night stay was 12,500 rupees, that did include a late check out on our last day as he wanted us out by 8:30am. In 9 weeks of travelling in India and Nepal, this is the most expensive place we have stayed by far. Halve the price and you will get closer to its worth. However, it's a good location and the shower was good.

We were supposed to stay for 5 nights with our children (5 and 9 years) but we left after 1 night: a nightmare of cockroaches that showed up once it was dark. They even entered my backpack! The contact and communication with the owner was very poor and unpleasant. The familyroom was completely overpriced. This was one of our worst experiences in our 3 months travel in India.
