Nice hotel location near baga river. Its a quite place away from hustle bustle of city. Rooms are nice with neat bathrooms. Staff is friendly and courteous. Really liked their breakfast and dinner options. 10 mins drive from famous baga beach.

The location is perfect, just 5-20 minutes from all the good beaches and spots such as Baga, Calangute, Anjuna, Vagator and Chapora fort. Some really good eateries are walking distance away (shout out to Raddish and Toro Toro). The rooms are decently spacious and clean enough. The breakfast and room service food is quite all right. The staff is a standout, extremely courteous and polite, and makes the place well worth a short stay. The hotel also has two wheelers on rent which made the stay much more convenient for us. There's not much by way of parking space inside the hotel, but there is space for about 6 cars on the street outside in case you drive down there.

We stayed in this hotel in first week of May 2019. Hotel is ideally situated nearby to the baga beach ( most happening beach in north Goa for night life) Room was clean and balcony was highlight Best buffet breakfast spread. Their in house restaurant called Shrimp's serves tasty food with quite big portion size. Room service was quick. Got assistance on bike hire We would have been very happy if the hotels staff had honored our request for late check out by only 2 hrs ( standard check out 12 p.m.) but we were flatly denied giving reason of other check in guests when almost half of the hotel looked empty resulting us into killing our time here n there.

I visited the resort for 4 nights. I had booked a deluxe room for 3 for 4000 bucks a night. The room was very congested and the washroom facilities weren’t up to the mark. They had committed that the booking was for 3 people but there was no provision for a third guest. Nor was there any space for additional mattress. I was forced to upgrade the room. The hotel food was also bad. Overall the property was so not worth the money that I paid. Completely unprofessional service. Please don’t book this place. You can get much better options for 4000 bucks a night.
