My Sea Side Hotel

It was a 3 nights stay in My sea side hotel. Location wise it's just 2-3mins walking distance from Baga beach. Very neat and clean room and washroom. Very cooperative and helpfull staffs. Restaurant food was too good. We took complementary breakfast. Different kind of breakfast was served each day.It was a very comfortable stay there. Strongly recommend

Extraordinary and budgeted stay. We have booked this hotel for 2 nights, really wonderful stay. All the amenities were provided as mentioned in voucher. Hotel is very close to beach and near happening place. Full night Live area. Music lovers will enjoyed the beach front shacks. Room, Bathroom neat and clean. Service is superb. Restaurant Food awesome and rates are also nominal. We will surely recommend this hotel and visit again,........

This hotel is good for stay with family, 2 mins walking distance from the beach.The room is clean and spacious having a wardrobe.Bed is cosy. Bathroom is also clean and clear. The hosts are very helpful and behaviour is good. They have parking facility. Sea view is not directly available from rooms.Value for money.

Firstly, It’s a guest house and not any hotel, the picture shown in the images doesn’t match, rooms are dingy, old and stinking. Poor hygiene and maintenance. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but the moment I saw the room condition I refused to check-in as it was a sheer cheating. The manager/ owner was not present and was managing everything over on phone. 2 boys on the counter were drunk, had no clue about their job and were just acting puppets. After my day long journey, I reached the hotel at about 7 PM and they didn’t even show any hospitality. The manager was not at all sensitive of the fact that where will I go at that hour. I asked them to give me the room which doesn’t have seepage issue and has proper ventilation but they didn’t give any resolution to this so I had to refuse to check in as I didn’t want that I stay at such place and get sick later on. The manger didn’t respond properly nor they refunded my money. Their neighbours said it’s a usual thing with this place they are not sensitive and has zero credibility. Guys! There are many other better options nearby which are new properties and has nice and clean rooms.

We booked a room at this property as it looked a good budget hotel to me. However, The moments we arrived here, we have gone through many bad experiences right from check in to other services. The staff has been so uncooperative and they have standard response for every request that they can help. There is no option given for the hot water in our room. The staff claims the solar system is there for hot water but it does not work. When we requested the staff they came back with their solution to provide an emulsion rode to have hot water for bathing. It is not only risky but also time consuming as we end up wasting our two hours in heating up the water for bathing. We requested the staff for an additional bucket in order to save time, they bluntly denied. The other services are equally bad for example the WiFi doesn’t work in your room, there is no intercoms and every small service is chargeable. Be careful before booking this property as you will end up spoiling your mood/vacation. Picture attached your reference. Best of luck, happy vacations!! Regards
