We chose the Ozran Heights Resort with the prime objective of having an unobstructed view of the beach . This was indeed important as my wife of 62 yrs is severely walking challenged . We are extremely satisfied with the overall stay in the resort . The service is outstanding ; the manager Mr Chandan Singh is very helpful and resourceful , and understands the requirements almost intuitively . The resort itself is very tranquil , although the surroundings are quite noisy . The beach is literally some steps below . Overall ,I am extremely satisfied , and strongly recommends others, for exploring.

We had never heard of/visited Ozran Beach during any of our previous visits to Goa, but this time we stayed at Ozran Beach Heights Resort for 3N/2D. This was one of the best sea-view from the porch kind of stay we had. We opted for the rooms of the second row. This not only guaranteed a beautiful sea view from inside the room and from the porch but also isolated us from the constant passing by of visitors. The manager, Mr. Chandan Singh was kind enough to book the first room of the second row; which was the best room, in my opinion. This had a clear view of the sea (not all of the rooms in the second row have this). One of our family members wouldn't have been able to climb down the 100-odd steps to reach the Ozran beach but we had a great sunset viewing right from our porch. Coming to the staff, all staff members, along with the manager were always willing to help with all requests we had, irrespective of the hour of request. We reached there pretty late in the evening and everyone helped us settle in, without any hiccups. They willingly made sure all our requirements were taken care of; even during the night, they helped us with providing with dinner utensils and cutlery (yes, currently they don't have lunch and dinner services, only breakfast but they provide utensils and all) and collected the same later. As for the room maintenance, we requested the rooms to be cleaned everyday, which the staff complied with. The wifi connectivity is pretty good too. The only thing we felt was the lack of lighting inside the room; we felt they could have kept the provision of some more lights in the room and leave it to different guests to use as per their convenience. The staff even assisted us with fixing one of our luggage bags, saving us the hassle to go to Panjim and look for luggage stores. The hotel consists of individual wooden cottages on the Ozran cliff with panoramic sea views from any spot on the premises. Please keep in mind that the approach to the property is a bit dark and rugged but the entry has a security guard, at all times, who not only promptly lets the guests in and out but also helps with with their cars in the parking lot. Up until the party hours kick in, this property has a very calm ambience. This resort is surrounded by some of Vagator's most visited nightclubs; Glory, Anteras, Titli. So be prepared to experience all the party music in the cottages itself. If you want less of such party noise, I'd recommend staying in one of the cottages closer to the reception area, even though you'll still get the party vibes pretty much till the wee hours of the morning! Overall, this is an amazing resort to have a great time and also relax while chilling on the porch, experiencing the breathtaking sunset and sea view. Last but not the least, Mr. Chandan Singh, along with each and every staff member, look after the whole place and are extremely helpful, making sure the guests get everything they want. So i stayed at the Ozran Height Beach resort 2 weeks ago. The rooms are individual cabin and it is situated at the hill top. The view is amazingly beautiful and the location is walkable to all clubs and restaurants. Beaoor ch is down the hill, you can either take the stairs (next to Bo-Tai) or trek down on the hill fromt the property. Breakfast at the property is available, however, the kitchen is not functional for lunch & dinner. You can get the food delivered and the staf will help with the crockery and the cutlery. The breakfast is simple - not a wide spread buffet - home cooked meals. Simplicity at its best and the staff is patient and super friendly. As a chai lover, the ginger tea is a great start to the day. There is one con to this place - if you have come for a peaceful stay, then it is not apt as the clubs next door play music (full bass) upto 2-3AM in the night. Apart from that, the manager and the staff are super helpful. They helped with the early check-in (upon availability) and our stay was memorable (thanks to the beautiful sunsets from your cabin porch)

This hotel has only advantage of great view but in terms of service and ambiance its pathetic. There is no room service due to Covid hence you wont get any lunch or dinner. Since its adjoining clubs you cant relax and or even sleep till 3am due to loud music. Even the walls shake . Book this hotel if you only need good view with lots of disturbance. Even the passage to Hotel is broken and no lights Not worth the price

Such a lovely place, cute cottages and excellent service but sadly because of its location you cannot get a quiet minute. Its surrounded by Vagator's best nightclubs. Glory. Anteras, Titli. And there is music blasting so loudly that the cottages vibrate and shake. Highly recommended to the party audience who come back by 6am and are ready to party again by 2pm. Thats probably the only time there is no music.
