The hotel is good as its near to the airport, just 10 mins away .. the view from our room was forest view. the cleanliness is good. Only disappointing thing was in breakfast they dont have proper seating arrangement and we had to share our seats with other guest. Also there is a tall dark guy with ponytail in restaurant - Melishton who is very unprofessional and has a rude and ignorant behavior. We requested him for hot milk twice but he showed us his hand in a very arrogant way. This is not the goan hospitality which we expected here. Also there is a guy in restaurant- Benfil who was extremely polite & very hardworking. Unlike Melishton He attended all our requests despite a busy buffet. The hotel provides scooty & taxi rental agent's number so you can contact them. There is no laundry service so you must not depend for laundry on the hotel.

Have stayed at this place several times because of proximity to airport. Rooms are clean but bathrooms need attention. I have found the staff to be very good especially housekeeping and restaurants - Meliston and Bignai from the restaurant were very helpful and forthcoming. Housekeeping responded immediately. I had requested for room on top floor and reception accommodated my request. View was excellent - green and lush and beautiful. Only complaint food very highly priced and not upto the mark. Also boring breakfast no change (Mostly South Indian). Hotel should provide goan breakfast cause that is what we look forward to.

We had booked in feb as we had to attend some marriage which got cancelled due to covid but they did not give refund so had to come in November but we’re shocked the rooms are smelly, tv is there but not working in all our 3 rooms, bathrooms have small light, swimming pool not operational, restaurant not operational but may provide some fixed menu breakfast will let u know how it is tommorow but since I am a regular traveller would advise not to book for family only book if u require to go to airport

Worst place as the acc does not cool at all, better to book a non acc Room if available. No proper cleanness and poor housekeeping. won't recomend. I had spoken to the reception but no proper response at all.

This was the worst ever experience in life to stay at this hotel, 1. no arrangements for driver 2. TV, room phone nothing working 3. In breakfast only dosa, nothing other than this 4. In dinner only steam rice or fried rice available up to 9.30 5. Only 2 persons at hotel managing everything cleaning cooking etc 6. One day the lady security was preparing the dosa, very horrible situation 7. Nobody is available at the reception 8. Hotel denied to provide the gst invoice when I raised the issue with Make my trip they agreed to provide but finally they ended up giving one day invoice & my stay was for 2 days, again following up with make my trip but make my trip persons are not able communicate with the hotel as he is not receiving the calls & nobody is present in the hotel WORST EXPERIENCE Attaching the photos of the breakfast & lady security cooking in the kitchen.
