Excellent warm and helpful staff. A special thanks to eversmiling ever helpful Ms Nikita Deshmukh for making our stay memorable. She went out of the way to make our stay fantastic. Grand Hyatt Goa will always be my goto relaxing vacation destination.

The service received was much better than expected. Staff at all level was very helpful and generous. Relationship Manager Ms. Nikita Deshmukh made us feel very special and arranged for our wedding anniversary celebrations. She took care of our family right from the check in till we checked out of the hotel.

My experience at the Grand Hyatt Goa was Excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nikhita Deshmukh took care of our every need and made sure our stay was memorable and special. I am 100% going to choose Grand Hyatt Goa for my upcoming trips to Goa.

Hyatt was selected after many a consideration and it was an extremely pleasant experience. It could not have been without the help of Sonia who on the background ensured that nothing was left to chance throughout our visit. She took care of everything. On days of duty and even when she was off. The guys at the Valet Desk were very helpful in taking care of my car - since I had driven down from Bombay ( Specifically - Shuvam and Viren). We just had breakfast here - but for staycation folk the food indeed becomes a bit monotonous. This is not a complaint but perhaps an area where something surely can be done especially with local cuisine. For seven days - Chicken Xacuti was repeated every single day. Egg counter folk do not know how to make a french omelette ( basic HM training). The Parma Ham was cut so thick that I did not touch it. When we wanted to order a Fish curry we were told that the only option was Basa. Basa of all fishes - and people come to Goa to enjoy fresh fish. Therefore, despite an International Executive Chef who I saw visiting the kitchen taking short briefings of restaurant staff in front of guests (which was an eyesore day after day)- there is some attention I feel that needs to be given to food. Housekeeping, Room Service - cleanliness - all very good. When groups check in or check out - the first Moment of Truth contact for a new customer ( individuals or small families) might be awkward - because of lack of training of new staff on how they deal or talk. It is quite chaotic in the front there. For example to begin with we were told that one after check in has to come back and identify our luggage once again. Not sure why. Having said enough, if I again come to Goa, this property will be the first on my list. Room Suggestions - opt for a Bay view and if you don't get it then lesser valued Garden View. The Pool View I don't recommend if you want a bit of peace and quiet.

All in one place ideal place to spend with your family. You can try all the indoor activities needs two days. Food, Pool is great . Try to book SPA reservations well in advance as it is fully reserved.
