Recently stayed at Keys Ronil Resort. Really loved the courtesy and customer service of Mr. Rajesh at the reception. Also, Ms. Sania was really helpful. Appreciate all the customer service and warm welcome and llcationnof this hotel is brilliant. Next to baga beach!!...

Superb Experience... My experience was very pleasant, the staff is extremely well behaved and can easily beat any five star property service. This was the first time I stay in Ronil with hickup in mind as my kid was travelling with me but beleive you me the staff right from reception to Restaurants to Swimming pool made the stay special. Food is ok and the spread in vegetables and specially soup choices should be better in the Dinner. Overall 5 out 5.. I will definitely love to visit again. Thank you for the exceptional service and warmth shown towards us.

Good Hotel in the Best Location ( if you want the hustle bustle of the North Goa ) the staff are very helpful and polite I would like to name a few Rajesh , Sachin, Azar and all the restaurant staff were very good Food was ok ( nothing great ) rooms were a little outdated and need some attention but then for the price it can be justified to some extend , there is free parking available However overall we enjoyed staying there

The hotel used to be decent few years back but now it is way below average, being an old property it urgently requires renovation. Soiled curtains, stained walls, dirty fans, dirty linen is what they offer, mattresses are very very unclean. Only good thing about it is the location and that’s not enough!

Multiple issues. Let me start with the good part: LOCATION. excellent location. walking distance to Baga lane. That's it! Rooms are not maintained at all. let me list my issues: 1. it says its a 3 star resort. But there is no shampoo, conditioner or moisturizer. 2. When we reached, i said i wanted to upgrade... staff said no rooms available. I said I’ll pay more. Staff said no room. Gave me a dingy room where AC didnt work. Then I asked for manager, who showed me 2 rooms. So there were rooms, reception staff was just lazy. 3. breakfast closes at 10.30 am. Too early for a tourist destination. 4. Kettle in room was broken, the Top lid kept falling off. When I asked to change, the housekeeping staff refused to change, showed me how to use the broken kettle while holding the lid with my finger. 5. Cups in room weren’t changed. Housekeeping used to rinse them in room bathroom wash basin. No soap. They didn’t change the used cups. Just rinsed in front of us. I am pretty sure this gave a stomach upset.
