Great place to unwind !!!

We visited the property a couple of days back. After reading the reviews, we were a bit skeptical about what would be our experience there. But to our suprise, we didn't experience any difficulty or inconvenience, right from booking the property until our departure. Every thing was well communicated and the front desk staffs were proactive enough to follow up with us on regular intervals. The staffs were very polite and caring, specially Mr. Raj Paul who is the F&B manager there. We were served pretty good food and drinks, and enjoyed every bit of it. The room in which we stayed had a fantastic view of the sea, but a little maintenance is needed for the older rooms. I'm sure this will be acted upon by the management. They understood that our sole purpose for the vacation was to unwind ourselves, hence utmost care was taken by them so that we don't face even the smallest hassles during our time there. There is a beach facing gate in the property for guest to have a direct access to the beach which operates from 7am to 7pm. An alternate route to reach the property, is also available should anyone opts to stay on the beach until late. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend people going to Colva to try out the place. I wish the very best to the management to serve their guests even better.

It’s a very beautiful resort with a wonderful location and is very much kid friendly.The only issues were few staffs were not at the best behaviour.Otherwise nothing much to say.Still one of the best one in goa.

Nice Beach front resort. Little far from crowded colva beach.good staff.Mr Raj f&b manager very friendly and helpful ,resort is old styled with rooms little small but manageable.the night Karaoke dinner scene is good, though the breakfast is compromised.

Booked the suite in this hotel , we reached at about 2.00 pm and they took 1 hour to ready the room. there is no ceiling fan . Very bad power supply and there is no wifi connectivity. Ac gets tripped frequently due to power cut. You have to wait hours for jacuzzi to be filled. Room fridge is empty with no refills and view is pathetic. Fisherman with boats are using the beach. Total waste of money.
