What a view! Best location in Goa for the view. The sunset from the restaurant is amazing, can't get anything better. The hotel is definitely luxury personified. The staff is very warm & hospitable. The food is great. Overall ambience & look of the hotel is beautiful! Great location, amazing bars & clubs walking distance from the hotel. Loved it!

Great location with great view of the Sea from the restaurant. And Nice interiors of the luxury villas only as the basic rooms are average . Also they need to improve as on their services & need to maintain the property. And there was no fridge available in the room & only after request we got it the next day.

The property had charged us 22,000 a night and the stay here was a pathetic experience. The rooms are that of a basic 3 star and require major renovation throughout. The bathroom too is in a pitiable condition and neither is it cleaned properly. Upon checking in we had to clean the toilet seat first. The showerhead is clogged as if it’s never been cleaned. There is not proper infrastructure of a good hotel at this property. Except the staff being courteous there is nothing positive to say. This property is not recommended if one is used to the standards of major hotel chains and certainly not even worth 10,000 a night let alone 22,000.

This property is filled with robbers. It’s very unsafe to stay here. All house keeping are robbers. They robbed my Marshall speaker. Mr Manoj is head of them. Very unsafe and Un recommended property in vagator. Ur safe to sleep on road than this worst property.

I had to get back to my city and write this review, so the future travellers are not looted. I booked the 3 bedroom villa for a whooping price of 65000 per night and it was not even worth the price we paid. Right from the entry, there is no helping staff at the night and nobody to help you with the bags. This property is located right next to all the clubs on Vagator but that is a hell experience. There is a club located right next to the property which plays loud music till 7 Am. The entire villa shakes and all the windows tremble and vibrate as if you are standing right next to the stage. The manager promised us a decent stay after robbing us a price which does not even justify for a new years eve - When a person cannot sleep till 9 Am. The entire day was sound testing for the event in the club next door and you cannot stay at this property with your family. God Forbid, if somebody had to book this property, You have to avoid the three bedroom villa which is equal to a below average experience. The only rooms which kind of looked decent were facing the pool and they were booked and we were not offered the same. We Paid a Whooping sum of 27,000 as our In Room Dining bill for 3 Nights and the food was pathetic. They do not have ice in their kitchen. The food served only matches a dhabha. They have no cutlery and crockery to serve food. They dont have basic amenities to be served. The Breakfast - I dont want to even start about the breakfast. It was a horrible experience and they serve breakfast as if they are doing us a favour and it is free - We paid for the room with breakfasts and their are costs levied for breakfasts. If you are going with your family, avoid this place and i will prefer staying somewhere else. This place is only suitable for the people who are in Goa for drugs and Pills. Go to a club a night , get high on pills and then drop dead in the hotel right next door. That is their only selling point. Shame on you guys for robbing us.
