We had a great stay at Coconut Creek. Food was good, the resort was clean and well maintained, courteous staff and the friendliest owner. We spend a lot if time in the open areas as the weather was nice. Certainly recommended if you wish to stay closer to the airport.

Nice cosy and secluded Resort away from city's hustle and bustle. Good place to relax for a day or two. Rooms were neat and clean and quiet spacious with all the basic amenities. Cooperative and friendly staff, Ms. Bhagya at reception and Mr. Srikant were very helpful. Just 4-5 mins walk to Bogmalo Beach. Beach was good, neat and clean and shallow. Joets on the beach was good fun with lovely dishes. Airport is 10-15 mins by cab. On the whole a short and lovely holiday at Coconut Creek.

We came for the weekend, and sadly our flight was delayed by 3 hours so we missed out on Friday afternoon. However the staff were efficient and kept an eye on our flight and their driver was waiting to pick us up at Goa with a named sign (nice). Check in was quick and easy. They booked a table for us at their sister restaurant on the beach (Joet’s). While at the restaurant the owner Lynn came and said hello. We felt very welcome. The resort is good for families. The accommodation is well thought out with great attention to detail. The rooms overlook the pool and the lush gardens of the resort. We saw monkeys swinging in the forest just outside the boundary which the kids loved. The beach is close by and it’s a great, quiet beach with lovely clean sea. The bar provides sun loungers and towels which is very convenient. To get to the beach you walk through a little bit of forest and over a small footbridge. This was fine as we don’t have mobility issues but the walk back from the beach at night (after dinner) was a little scary as there are a few dogs on the path. The dogs were no trouble but everything is more scary in the dark, right?! This is the only reason for 4 stars not 5 stars as the access to the beach is not so pleasant as the resort itself. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Fresh pool towels are provided and there is a lifeguard on duty. The breakfast was pleasant and all our needs were catered for. What stands out about this resort more than the big chains is the staff. They genuinely care about the guests and are friendly and helpful all the time and without exception. The owner is also very warm and friendly so you quickly relax and feel at home. Would recommend for anyone wanting a weekend escape to Goa.

The property is slighlty away from beach but in itself it is a very serene location with lots of Greenery and nice pool. Most eating joints and beach are 10 min walking distance. Rooms are spacious and nicely done up. Some improvents that I can suggest for the price we pay: Restaurant services can be better . Menu has to offer more. Wifi coverage in the rooms is zero, needs to be addressed and improved. Reception staff is helpful and courteous.

The staff is extremely rude. Food quality is extremely poor. We stayed for 8 nights, it was a very disappointing experience for us. There is a person named Bhagya- which was the rudest. There is constant noise of flights whole day and night. Power failure are very common. All tourists spots of south goa are quite far from this place. Doesn’t make any sense here to stay to enjoy south goa. Breakfast buffet is nothing, there is nothing much in it. Poha was always uncooked, sambhar was quite bad. Staff was still rude always. We don’t suggest this property for leisure stay at all. No good food. No good service. Just to highlight there is no room service, you can’t even order coffee in your room. They tell you to come to restaurant. Food- poor Service- poor Location- poor Environment- constant huge loud noise of flights, there is navy station also near.
