We spent the most amazing 5 days here. Booked partial sea view rooms. Pros: 1. Rooms were new construction. Room was sealed so there were no bugs / mosquitoes . Bed was soft and very comfortable, washroom was clean. We have been staying in beach huts at Palolem since 2015 and this was the best stay experience. 2. They had power back up. 3. Check in was smooth and quick. 4. We had food and drinks at their restaurant almost everyday and everything that we had was great. Cons: 1. Service was a little slow sometimes. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The place has a chilled out and happy vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Loki for the amazing cocktails and to Suvee who always served us with a smile and became friends with our 4 year old son. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect ubication, wonderful seafood (we eat a fresh giant and tasty lobster, never of the same before), marvelous bungalow just in the beach, and a lovely, lovely staff... Thank you to NORI for his kindness!, and to the rest of the people of the staff too.

We stayed in two Beach Bungalows Side Sea View from 17th January to 20th January 2020. Good place on the Beach Good Staff n very Good Quality well presented Food. But Portions are small compare to Rates. They must increase the quantity at least by 25%. There is no assigned Parking for the Guests. Our Car Honda City was badly Damaged by unknown and there is no one to be held responsible. They must provide secure n safe Parking for Guests . I rate this property 8.5 / 10

I stayed here from 30th Dec,2020 till 3rd Jan 2021 since most of my favourites in Palolem beach were either prohibitively expensive due to new year or weren't operational. Positives - The location is bang on the beach with excellent views, the staff is helpful particularly Manjay.Their shack serves good food and plays good.They would proactively come and clean your room unlike some of the other places in Goa. Negatives - The hut itself is quite small and basic, washrooms don't have a shelf to keep your stuff and the washbasin itself is supersmall.The biggest issue is they play loud music till late in the night which is very clearly and loudly audible in the huts.They should have some soundproof wall between the shack and huts.

Decided to give this one a shot after reading reviews. Booked a ‘partial sea view’. On checkin, I got to know there’s literally no sea view from the shack. The room was decent on arrival, but our woes started soon after. WiFi out of range, TV or any of the usual facilities you’d expect from a place like this were missing, but you could live with it. Multiple room cleaning requests were ignored, which wasn’t great. However, when we didn’t even get flush water, that was a complete dealbreaker for us. No guest should have to deal with basic provisions like water. Checked out in a day, and was ready to bear the loss. The saving grace was that they decided to reimburse charges for one night. Thanks for that.
