    Amazing hospitality , humble staff , specially Suchi, Sunil from the staff where the buffet was served were very polite and ensured that we have a customer delighted experience kudos to the entire team of Hard Rock Hotel you should visit this place if you want to take along good memories with you . Last but not the least there chef Arup also make fantastic food

    It was an amazing experience at hard Rock, we just came here for some drinks but we really enjoyed it. Staff were so attentive and were ready to accommodate all our requests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues and will definitely going to stay in the hotel on next visit. I would really like to mention the name of Mr. Lawrence, who made sure that everything went well... Thank you Hard rock!!!

    Suchina, the diner has made us feel at home and the staff were always in happy face which made the environment positive ,food was good , ambience was good, parking facility , availability of two wheeler services was good

    the stay was wonderful, we stayed in the platinum room, and the space was big and clean. Just the room has no view of nature (if you are a nature lover). and the in room dining was also not up to the mark. Paneer used in the main Corse paneer dish was stale.

    Room - Not comfortable. No more Jain items in Breakfast compare to other veg items. Pool water also not good quality. Hotel location is very bad. Area is very silent and scary. Travelling with family is not looks like safe.
