    I have been there twice now. The owner is very friendly. He will arrange bikes/scooters for you at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very good.The location is very good as its in between all the great beaches - on one side we have vagator and on the other side we have baga and calangute and ofcourse anjuna is very close.

    it was good experience to stay at this place . because of season they give me the best price and helps me to rent scooter to explore. and the staffs were friendly and helpful for anything . so it was very good

    It's a nice neat n clean budget accommodation which had a room with balcony with attached bathroom having hot n cold water, AC, refrigerator, TV etc that's required for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and very near to Anjuna beach 5 minutes, vagator beach 10 minutes, Baga n Calangute were also with 10-15 minutes by Scooty. The owner was really friendly n helpful so were the staff. It was a total value for money. The pictures shared by some travelers here are from a different property which is confusing.

    The room were spacious and big, very close from Anjuna beach. easy reachable to other places. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and neat. Stay was nice we enjoyed a lot we'll definitely visit this place.
