Been staying here for over 10 years. Bang in the center of everything, easy access to bars , restaurants , beaches. Best room is 401 with a private terrace with seaview and sunset. Mr. Milind the manager is the man , he sorts you out with everything , great guy i must say. The staff also of the place are very efficient. Give it a shot , you wont regret it 👍

Everything was given as promised Would surely recommend this place Prime location Mango tree restaurant next door open 24 hours Beach, chapora fort is also walking. Milind helped us in organising our trip And staff was very quick to respond to our request. Overall it was a good experience We would surely recommend this place to our friends.

Good ambiance..good view..and rooms are better than other hotels... decent hotel which suits your budget... Best view is Vagator beach which can be seen from your rooms... other view points also very closed like Calangute beach... baga... anjuna... and Famous Chapora fort i,e, Dil chahta hai fort...restaurants are closed...service is good...etc...

Good place to stay and quite reasonable, Milind is a nice guy to talk to. Very cooperative. This place is accessible to many restaurants around, 5 mins walkable to vagator beach. This place is bang opposite mango tree restaurant. All facilities around.

Hotel staff are terrible. The need to be taught a lesson or two on how to speak with customers. Booked 1bhk for 4 nights by paying 1000₹ advance and remaining to be paid at the property. Till the time we reached the place Milind was always available and responding to calls and messages immediately. He gave an impression of a responsible and reasonable person. When we reached the place Milind had left for the day leaving 2 highly arrogant, misbehaved, egoistic brats to attend the guests. As soon as we reached no one cared about attending us. In the span of 30 minutes me and my wife were reminded some 7-8 times about payment of the remaining amount. Rooms are very basic. Kitchen has just a fridge. Bathroom is very tiny and taps leak non stop. Things promised were only given after following up with the staff. Although booking was for 4 nights, we got fed up with the attitude of the staff and the condition of rooms. So we decided to Checkout next day itself. Upon mentioning about the Checkout plan to the hotel staff, person at reception sarcastically says "Saste room mil jayege aage". Not once but twice. Tried to get in touch with Milind to give him feedback about the people he has employed, but he seemed least bothered to pick up the call or respond to messages.
