    Service at the hotel has been quite great. Restaurant service was also very satisfying, especially the hospitality of Zeeshan Mondal is excellent. Driver Umesh was helpful as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    I have been to country inn , Panjim for 3d/2n as a couple. Well rooms were not upto mark and bad housekeeping. Food was satisfying and service was ok, nothing as per the Carlson standard. I regret my booking.

    Hotel needs to seriously work on maintainance and cleanliness of rooms. Unwashed bedsheets and duvet, spider webs on furniture,stains on furniture, non working TV connection and list goes on. I am surprised to know the hotel has been fully booked during the stay.

    Very poor services front desk is so rude if you do online booing than they are more rude rooms bathroom are leaking like anything buffet breakfast is very bad waiter says he will get what you want than they don’t even bother
