I visited with my family to this hotel and had booked 3 rooms over 3 days trip. Location: The location is very good, it is in the heart of panjim market area, with lots of good stores to shop for cashews/lanterns etc at reasonable rates. Its proximity to floating casinos, fontainhas is a plus point. Stay: Hotel's exterior is ok-ok. But the rooms are very well maintained, seem new. No issues with TV, hot water, housekeeping. Slightly bigger rooms would have helped. Service: A big thumbs up to the manager Mr Subodh and Receptionist Miss Ashwini. They made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable. We had a couple of requests, and they accommodated us very nicely. Their hospitality is commendable!! Affordability: Budget friendly I had chosen this hotel based on my research regarding location, price, reviews and found this to be the best option. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this hotel. PS: They have another hotel close by on a higher price range, Treehouse Neptune, which has similar name, and can be slightly confusing wile booking.

Stay was Good and pleasant.there was a good support from the hotel staff Ashwini and Raju bhai. Very helpful in nature and very positive approach. I recommend Neptune for the further business and personal trips.

Hotel is situated in the middle of market. Just step out from hotel lots of restaurants to explore. Miramar beach and casinos are nearby. Rooms are neat and clean . Best value hotel. Service is also very good..

Hotel services and hospitality is also up to the mark. Hence forth if we have any business trip we will surely stay only in neptune inn hotel.
