    If you really want a breath taking view straight from your room than you have to book sea view rooms in this resort.... Really had a good experience of stay.. Beach is at walkable distance hardly 2 mins it takes.. Everything was perfect rooms were clean food was also up to the mark & staff was also helpfull.. Over all worth the every penny spent....

    I visited the place with friends and had super sun. Property is walking distance from the beautiful morjim beach. It has a big pool where we enjoyed the most. Room are big and spacious. I specially liked the food there. Good place will visit soon

    the location of the stay excellent...... close to beach.staffs are very helpful and caring they took a good care of us during the stay . good food .rooms was very neat and tidy.well priced had pleasant stay

    I visited this place with my friends and we chose this hotel because of location. Morjim beach is just at walking distance. Building and infrastructure of this hotel is applausable, it's problem with maintenance. Anyone can find dust easily, especially in dining area. Staff is co-operative, they serve it's customers well, at their rooms. Although rooms are neat and clean, in the morning everyone visit the dining area, which needs some serious intention.     The hotel location is in a remote area and has horrible and rude staff. The manager will never help to resolve your query. You will not be able to step out and enjoy the other parts of the place since the place is difficult to locate. The rooms are untidy and unclean IT IS A SCAM!! NEVER BOOK! It is not a family oriented hotel, very secluded location and the manager is very rude. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
