    Booked 2 rooms with friends and their family. Rooms are spacious and king size beds are there with AC & fridge.Rooms service is average. Best advantage is , it is located in a prime location and only walkable distance to beach and other sights. Carry id proof for all the guests as it is mandate while check in.

    My family & I stayed here for about 5 days. It was a good experience. Gopal was very hospitable; we came there as headless chickens and he helped us with a brochure and suggestions for places to visit which I really appreciated. The mini fridge in the room was a blessing. The beds were big and comfy and the location as promised was amazing.

    Subhash guest house is good if you are going with friends, not recommended for family. It is exactly opposite to Titto's lane. Rooms are clean, small fridge is there for storing your beers. But there is no wardrobe and no hot water. Towels were very dirty... Overall good, if you are going with friends

    We were a group of 10 and traveled during the second week of June. We chose this place for our accommodation for two main reasons - This place is very close to Baga beach and reasonable distance to Calangute beach, Titos lane is walkable from this place and it is also located in one of the most happening spots. Secondly, this is purely a budget place. We decided to go for it as our usage for the rooms was minimum. The care taker Laxman was quite helpful in getting two wheelers and taxis. Overall it is a good decent place to stay if you are planning for a trip with your friends.
