This was my third trip to goa and out of the hotels ive stayed in this was d best.Situated on the main road it is near t0 all the main beaches. Tye room was superb and the breakfast that they served was very tasty and superb.the staff was very polite.had an interaction with mr.Sachin who helped for some local guidance.

Please note that if you've booked via OYO and prepaid it, the hotel will not accept the booking as they have an ongoing dispute with OYO paying them on time..we were informed this at the reception and had to pay again to get the room and had to ask OYO for a refund.
+1 Star for Staff - very courteous and friemdly staff who are all smiles and willing to help
+1 Star for Room - it's a big room with working electricals
-1 Star for Lift- Don't use the lift, we got stuck in it and this happened twice even after the staff assured
- 1 Star for bathroom - had a broken window and a temporary blind and bath tub was stained and dirty
-1 Star for location--it's in a Gully inside and not easy to find.. Its right next to Novotel but its not easy to get a big taxi on the inside.. Plus there are a ton of dogs in the area and this may scare some off.

We stayed there for 5day 4night and the room servicing was pathetic 👎
A.C was leaking, only room was big but no proper maintenance, after reminding so many time no room servicing done and not a.c repaired. Worst experience in goa...
Pathetic hospitality , 2 guys who are usually at reception . They don’t know English & worst stay ever I give - on 5

Very bad hospitality it’s shame on name of Goa tourism , royale mirage being such big brand but hospitality BIG 0. Breakfast was good & even room but hospitality worst . May I have owners no. I want to make official complaint

I had booked my room 2 months in advance of visiting Goa. When i reached there, the guy on reception told me that due to short circuit the room is not ready and i should call helpline of fab hotel since i had booked my hotel through them.
Even after repetitively saying that he does not realize how irresponsible he is behaving, the guy on reception totally denied any help and asked us to figure out any way.
Pathetic people and management.
I will never recommend one to even visit this hotel.
