Clean room with good location

Room and washroom were clean. Hot water was available. Tv and ac was working fine. Location approx 1 km from madgaon railway station and kadamba bus stand. Its just beside of bank of india. A restaurant was there in 1st floor, food quality is fine.

Except the entry to the hotel: The rest was very fine. Very neat and clean room as well as the hotel. Helpful staff. Good food. The location is right in the city. The stay was very satisfying. Pl keep it up. Room was worth its tariff.
Don’t ever go here if u are going with family or couple

The two receptionist I encountered were worst I have ever seen in my life .one charged us 700 for early checkin and the other didn’t have the courtesy to even come and greet us with a simple hi,we were jst sitting there at the lobby waiting for him to come and he jst kept ignoring us. The second reception the tiny guy was like a thief, we left our phone on the lobby he didn’t even call us to return it instead he kept it with him..we were searching for it like mad. And nearly all the housekeeping staff are intoxicated including the fat receptionist.. So find some place nice to stay . Ignore this place .

The rooms were old, booked for 3500 but with gst ut was 4000 and had to wait for 30 mints before we got the room even though we arrived late that usual check in time, location is horrible and the rooms were smelly
Worst Behaviour and Stinking Rooms Walls and Non Closeable Balcony door. Avoid!

Terrible. The staff ( Not Vikas) on reception needs to be taught on how to behave/talk to customers.He kept annoying us with his attitude. Easily one of the WORST behaviour experienced. Coming to the rooms the attached pics speaks for itself. The wall were stinking and unclean, the balcony door wasn't closeable which resulted in mosquitoes entering our room.
