My wife and me stayed at the hotel for 1 week and we were really blessed to find this hidden gem of a hotel in calangute . Our check in was instant as soon as we arrived. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious with satellite tv, hot water kettle good view from the balcony.The bathroom was superb with hot water shower 24/7. After a long flight from portugal we slept like babies on the big and lovely spacious bed that has a big comfortable mattress (something that 4 to 5 star hotels have). It’s total value for money and the highlight of the hotel apart from the luxuries it offers is ITS LOCATION. If we walk in front , within 3 mins you come to the main street where there are banks ,multiple restaurants (vegetarian and non vegetarian) a little walk on your left from the main street is KFC and if one walks to the right there’s PIZZA HUT. AND THE BEACH IS JUST 5 MINUTES AWAY BY FOOT . FREE continental breakfast was amazing especially the tropical fruit . We had a good variety the time we were there . Thankyou Team Casa de Cajino for taking care of us like family . A special thankyou goes to the owner Mr Johnny ( a very warm and friendly person , we loved listening to his stories about Goa and the yesteryears.). Thankyou to Vishnu and Sebastian(saby ) for their quick service . lunch or dinner to our room was only a call away .Thankyou WE WILL BE BACK . OBRIGADO.

We booked our room in Campo de Vista. When we reached we were told that there is no such hotel, its the name of the management. They also said that its overbooked. Offered us a guest house which was too bad. On arguing with them, they gave us a room at Casa de Cajino. The manager Kapil was a bit rude as if he was doing some favor on us by giving us a room there. We asked for a door mat, didnt get any reply. We asked for extra blanket (only one was provided for two people), they said why do you need two blankets for two people. We stayed for four days, nobody came to clean the room, nor did they change the towel. They just came to remind us of our check out. The rooms are big, spacious, and clean. Hotel is near by all the attractions and places to visit.

I booked casa de cajino for my honeymoon, between 25/01/2020 to 28/01/2020. This place promised power back up, clean linen, luxurious rooms. But in reality, the generator does not work, they have torn towels, stained bedsheets, broken toilet, spiders and mosquitoes in the room. Me and my husband ended up at a doctor's clinic due to multiple insect bites. To top it all, i was Eve teased by the owner's drunk friends and he did nothing and advised me to ignore the issue. I am reporting this matter, as nobody deserves to go through what we went through on a vacation.

My room was already booked (prepaid) On reaching, the terrible & arrogant manager Kapil tells me all rooms are booked. He showed me alternate hotel (very bad one). When I asked for refund, he denied directly. Please don't visit. I don't know why is it rated so much

I would never suggest this place to anyone.we had booked it through booking.com and after reaching there we realized that does not look like it's photos at all, so we decided not to stay there and requested for refund however the hotel guy named Kapil forced us to stay in one of thier other hotel which was around 2 km away from that place,a private apartment where he charged us some extra money and deposit of 5000 Rs which he never gave us back. Look wise the flat was ok so we decided to stay there however after staying there we realized that the entire building was empty and it was so scary, swimming pool was so dirty, no security, no water in one of the bathroom so we 6 people had to use only one bathroom, fridge was not working. We tried reaching him but there was no response. We decided not to spoil our trip and stayed there for 3 days and checked out leaving the key there ... He didn't even come at the time of checkout and he did not refund our 5000 rs.
