Good service and clean rooms. Staff is also polite and helpful. They helped us with extra cleaning of the rooms for our friend's bachelorette party. The in house food is also tasty and reasonable. The location is perfect.

I have visited week.It was awesome luxury hotel.swimming pool was cleaned and well maintain.food quality was awsome.staff was cordintive and helping us.check in and check out was easy.rooms was hygiene and fully santized .I Love to come again!!!

Dont stay their, they cheat their customers. I have stayed a day booked from booking.com, at the time of checkout they just cancelled my booking, when I complaint they said it has been done my mistake.I demanded invoice they said they don't have printer. They took full money at the time of check-in including GST Value. They cheat the customer and the government as well. Also never use booking.com, they don't support the customer.

Oh lord I wish I hadn’t stayed or even entered this property . One hell of a place , such a waste of money , time and mood . Right from the owner to the staff , be it male or female , they’ve got tons and tons of attitude . They don’t know how to talk to customers at all . I advice everyone please don’t go on pictures they’ve posted on internet , it’s just opposite . I would say my whole Goa trip became a Havock because of these stupid people . Worst service , highest price according to the service they provide and yes again , worst attitude . The owner is too sharp , he almost cancelled our booking as he was getting higher price for the same room because of the demand for rooms in city . He didn’t even ask us and cancelled the rooms . And then gave us back but asked us to pay a higher price . Such a cheater . The female staff on the reception is the biggest liar in the world . All over I suggest everyone , do not even enter this property . There is no water in morning , and the funniest reason they gave us was that there’s shortage of water in Anjuna . Lol . I would never ever recommend anyone to stay here .
