All the staffs of Lemontree hotel sector 60 Gurugram are helpful and well mannered. Every time I find this homely hotel as my home bcas of all the staffs r very very much helpful as they arranged vehicle fr my daughter 2 reach her Hostel at night time. The facility of the Gym n swimming pool was awesome .security arrangements of the hotel is very much satisfactory. Best destination fr hang out with friends and family.

Pros: 1. Rooms are clean and of decent size 2. Linen is clean 3. Staff is polite Cons: 1. Super slow service. Calling for things like towel/water in the room would take 20 minutes despite repeated reminders. If you dont give a reminder, things will not arrive in the room 2. Parking is a big issue. There is no direct elevator from the hotel to the basement parking 3. Breakfast is average
