I have stayed in the property twice during my visit to Guwahati this year. its a excellent hotel to stay at. the room was with full of basic amenities, it was spaciuos, neat & clean and so neat & clean was the washroom. Food was also upto mark in taste. since I am a vegetarian so during dinner they have taken care the food stuff of mine accordingly. Front desk staff, F&B and houskeeping staff was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. it was a pleasant stay.

This is not a Hotel,it is like a brothel, I was staying with my family and 2 boys with a girl opened our door with card at 1 AM luckily I woke up and shouted. They immediately went away and after that I received a missed call on the in room Hotel telephone. The overall atmosphere of the whole place is like a brothel only. I complained about the incident to the person at reception in the morning and to my agent who booked this shabby hotel for us but no action at all. Also the rooms are too small to even keep your luggage and bathrooms are like difficult for 1 person to stand properly. Worst Hotel ever stayed in.

I am a pure vegetarian Reached Guwahati on 29/9/21 And ordered food for dinner When we ate the food we find chicken bone in our food This is worst kind of service one can get. Never recommend this to anyone.

Well waited for 2 hours to get a lounge menu. For a 3 star hotel its really not what you expect its better to opt for 4 star by paying 700 more atleast you will get the promised amenities. Its a headache to keep to calling and asking for the same request. Asked at 6pm evening its 10pm still waiting lets see
