Pragati Manor is decent hotel in a good location. Staffs are very coperative & nice behaviour. Hotel rooms are good & food is also good. Complimentary breakfast is very good. We stayed at suite room which is much better, other rooms are not so good.

Came to Guwahati for a day on work and a colleague booked us here. The exteriors did not impress me much. But when I checked in and went to 201, which is a Imperial Club room, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the room. It has a small living area with a LCD TV. The room had a nice clean comfortable bed and the interior was indeed nice and great. There was another LCD TV in the bedroom. The toilet was new and modern and they had pretty good amenities. They serve alcohol in the room and service is good. Room had well appointed blinds and the AC was cooling very well. The lighting was fantastic. The least I could expect was such a great room and a good nights sleep. Nice!

Located at the hub of the city . Good behaviour from the staff. Rooms were neat and housekeeping was amazing. We had a buffet which was supposed to last till 10.30 pm however I came late and the staff despite the buffet ending bought the food to my room at 11.45 pm . Only con- doesn't have a good view from the window of the room where I was staying at but that is something which cannot be helped at a metro like Guwahati where there are buildings everywhere. 4/5

Old Hotel however Nice ambiance, good staff, cooperative and helpful, limited menu for breakfast, Rooms tidy however little smelly, Tiles flooring not advisable to stay in winter time as very cold climate

It is an average hotel which I guess at some point of time used to be grand. The rooms are unimpressive, sink broken, towel torn and they serve packaged juice as fresh juice in breakfast. Only saving grace is the location.
