I visited Guwahati with my old parents. I stayed in this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staffs of the reception and even the restaurant staffs were well behaved and nice behaviour great

proprty is taking effort in imporivising and has got new bathrooms and new rooms which are very clean and had a very good sleep. food is up to the mark. bar is cosy and chill. location was next to my workplace

Currently I am staying in this hotel. The hotel staffs are very polite. We are staying in a delux room. Room is cosy and comfortable. Room service is also spontaneous. They have a restaurant in their 1st floor.

The hotel is very good, the location is also close to market and places to visit in Guwahati. The breakfast was awesome with lot of varieties. Only thing that I did not liked was the washroom, it looked very outdated and not managed properly, the glass were broken was it was visible from outside, where there was Sahara India office, did complained about it but no action was taken, apart from that room was in good condition.

We were allotted two suites with double beds, even after requesting for twin beds. We were recommended that one of us could sleep in the seating room on a tiny bed of the suite. Only one litre drinking water was kept as complimentary. Additional water was charged. Second towel was provided on request. Smelly rooms. Complimentary fruits were not fresh. No running hot water in the morning even after draining the pipe water for 15 min. Kettle in the room was not working. Nobody answered the call to room service or front desk. Food in the restaurant good and staff was friendly to talk when spoken face to face. Limited parking space and open to the road in front. Bathrooms were far from clean. Stained bed-sheet. Mosquitoes.
