Central location at Guwahati's main street, this hotel is a great business hotel. I was here to cover the north east festival in jan 2022. The lobby has some interesting artworks and the food restaurant is very popular for dinner and lunch. The breakfast was below average, and staff is a bit slow so that can be worked on. It was an overall decent stay, and some food items were very good. The views are not great as it's the main city, but very accessible to local touristy spots. Staff speaks in English and hindi as well.

Though stayed for only One night, we 4 couples were very Unhappy. My room ( 605) bathroom was terrible. Very little light, guaranted slippery vth Polished granite floor . 😔😌😞. Even Dinner & Breakfast NOT Properly Laid Out. Just 1 Banana amongst 8, requested to bring 4 more, never came. No body was bothered about customer- Sad 😞😔😞

Horrible experience.. very uncomfortable bed. Could feel the spring of the mattress.. creaking sound made it even worse.got up with a terrible backache. Thankfully it was a night stay . wouldn't recommend this place to any sane person.. s

Very very arrogant staff, especially front desk manager Mr Naveen! Very very dirty rooms mattress! No hot water available in room for shower ! On multiple reminders too no help! Got unwell due to the same! Mr Naveen kindly attend to client queries and help rather than playing with their health. Manager Deepanshi called multiple times but never responded!
No masks work by staff and a completely rundown property. Such a sheer fooling of guests under a big brand name.

Amenities - A broken key, Broken rail in bathroom, non working jet, Makeshift shutter in ceiling, open plugs, Broken springs in bed, Single menu in whole restaurant, No light in bathroom. Owners must shut down the place than to fool guests.
