Amazing Quarantine stay in Guwahati

When I last visited Guwahati, I wanted a place close to the city and also I had to get my health check-up. So I checked in to Hotel Siroy Lily' the hospital was merely a 5mins walking distance away. Pharmacies were available just downstate. Above all I loved their hospitality and the food the service, you could even ask for exquisite Manipuri dishes if you want to explore your taste buds. If I ever visit Guwahati again, am surely staying there.

Hotel Siroy Lily is the best place to stay in Paltan Bazar area in reasonable price. I would recommend for accomodation where you can have roam entire market and have your desired food. Very warm stay as we stayed in first floor doubu luxury. Location wise it's great and it was well maintained as well. Breakfast is complementary. Otherwise food menu seems little costly. We had chicken bhartta,nun n tandoori (it was halfly cooked). This hotel has expanded another Luxury hotel as Hotel Siroy Classic just nearby about 50 meters.

Very rude staff , we stayed for just a overnight and left the hotel early morning. Room was booked on breakfast and dinner plan but there was no dinner , whatever you ask in the menu you will get a rude reply(nothing is available). There will no room service,you need to keep calling 5-6 times to receiption if you need anything , you have to carry all your luggage to room by yourself as there is no helper or bell boys to help you with the luggage .I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Poor hospitality services Worst breakfast, cleaning was not properly. Even I get injured bcz they didnt manage things properly and they don't have even first aid kit... Seriously I ll never go again there ...

Rooms are ok. Location is good Food is horrible Attitude of staffs are very bad. Non friendly dominating behaviour Billing process too lengthy, takes about one hour for bill settlements and insist for cash payment
