Hotel Prince B

I stayed here for here one night and my experience was not good. Rooms were dirty and cleanliness is not at all maintained. Staff was friendly. One good thing it is situated near to railway station. Hotel should renewate the rooms.

The rooms are very badly maintained, the Towels provided were old roughly used and were smelling badly, the washroom was not clean, no drinking water provided, there were lot of mosquitoes and they did not even have Mosquito repellent, only provided the Good Night Mat to use. Stay at your own risk, would not recommend any one.

I stayed here along with my family on 28th and 29th dec 17, and seriously this will go down as a nightmare that i would love to forget. At the price tag, i dont expect keys to a palace, but expecting basic cleanliness and hygene wouldnt be asking for too much. The washrooms were pathetic. The comode and wash basin were filled with strains, which would make you feel horrible. There was a geyser that doesnt work. What really pissed me off that for my five year old daughter, I had asked for a extra pillow. Repeated requests feel into deaf ears, and eventually the room service stopped taking calls from our room. Thanks for spoiling the last couple of nights of our vacation. Oh, i almost forgot, the comode flush wasnt working as well. Yuck!!

First we booked and they sent an email stating to guarantee the reservation we would have to prepay. Unfortunately fell for this. When arrived at 8pm in the evening after a long day of travel the last thing one wants is the nightmare of having a dirty room and no towels. I immediately asked for towels and they brought two folded dirty stained extremely smelly (like vomit) towels of which i took a picture of. When at the front counter, realizing the place, we changed the reservation and was told we could only cancel 48 hrs prior so we would stay two nights, fine. After unpacking and showering and getting ready for sleep is when we realized the sheets were dirty and smelled horrible as well as the pillows. To late to do anything about it and exhausted already. The next day decided to check out because could not stand the place. They then went back on what they said and cheated even more $$ and refunded even less. They should be banned from Tripadvisor.

Staff is very arrogant, have provided uncleaned room, bathroom was very dirty, staff says when sweeper comes will get it cleaned or wait in reception till sweeper comes. Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay.
