Staff is extremely cooperative especially Sahidul in the bell boy , Anjit & Tapan in front desk & Lachit in room service.. Breakfast is good.. Ambience is good.. Hotel is in a Good location with easy access to Transportation. Food could improve a lot. Better to order from outside like swiggy.. In house food needs a good healthy liver..

The location is good--but the overall facilites are quite average. The room shown in thephots is the deluxe room ( #404) which is good. But the other rooms are very small and cramped. There is not much parking space, and the linen was not clean. But on referrring to the General Manager, we got very good service! TheGM was a fine person!

Never ever i have been to such a disgusting hotel with the worst of the amenities. Room keys were not working ,had to call for the reception every time to get in,also water in the bathroom was extremely dark and dirty, the worst breakfast i had in long time , the manager there is extremely arrogant who was trying to give lessons on hospitality

This is not a 3 star hotel. Probably 2 star. The place is really run down. The pictures put up are older and of a higher category room. Last night they decided to repair the ac and put off the ac completely from midnight. There are no windows and fans in the room. I got extremely claustrophobic. There was no one at the reception. I didn't sleep all night. At 7.30 am I called them they said they switched of the ac and will take another hour. They could provide a standing fan. Point is why were we not informed in advance. It can lead to serious medical conditions. The food is not good. They server the same food every day. Not sure if they are reheating and serving it. Also cleanliness is questionable. Of the room and of the restaurant. The lid of the juice jar is rusted as attached.
