Awesome stay and hospitality.. keep u the good work.. must stay with anil.He is a gentleman with great spirit. Pallavi at the restaurant is very welcoming and sweet. All in all a very good experience as I stayed here for nearly 1.5 months.

Located in close proximity to the rail station near the arterial GS Road. Neat and clean establishment. Staff is helpful and polite. Food is excellent if you want to taste authentic Assamese/Bengali cuisine. Recommended place. Our original booking was in Hotel Green Valley (also on Baruah Road). Despite our confirmed booking and their calling us up 2 weeks prior, they gave the room to someone else and we were left without a hotel. Which is when we searched and found Hotel Orchid and it was a relief after the horrible experience at Green Valley

Rooms are not maintained at all. Non ac rooms are realy very pathetic. Not value for money. Foods are ok. Staff are well behaved. I think no maintenance procedure is taken in last three to four years. Otherwise ok.

The hotel was near to railway station so i booked this hotel. Thiwas budget hotel but don't book non AC rooms because these rooms are not comfortable. Located in paltan bazaar. Bathroom were not cleaned and no proper cleanliness.

Nice place to stay. Location is good . Food quality is not upto the mark, need to have good chefs. Bar is small in size and rooms on 2nd floor are good specially 555. Go solo and stay in this budget hotel
