Ganga Sadan - A property just a few minutes walk away from City's Traditional Market Rush...Right on the Banks of Holy Ganga River (of course with a private ghaat & that too decent in size). Perfect Location - Hardly 2 Minutes Drive from Haridwar Railway Station. Excellent  & Spacious Terrace/Views. Excellent Staff : Property Manager (Mukesh Rayal Ji) - Gem of a person....In my 2 Days stay whatever I & my family could have asked for was provided - Be it any support & true feedback seeker & ensuring it is corrected/catered too at that moment only. Other Staff Members - Ranveer, Nitin, Rohit & Aman were too courteous & attentive to our needs. Just to appraise all that I travelled with a group of approx 25 People & I booked some 9 Rooms (Suite as well as Ganga Facing) & was there to celebrate a family occasion & was not sure whether they (Ganga Sadan) would be able to meet my expectations (as it was my first booking with GS) but in fact they not only met but exceeded my expectations. Property's Tarrif is pretty decent & plus plus plus is Food Quality as well as Service....Trust me - the taste of the food is much better or at par than what is served in top most properties of Haridwar (Ganga Lahri/Haveli Hari Ganga/Amatra by the Ganges/Devnadi) - This I can tell from my experience as I have stayed in all these properties for multiple times. All the very best Mukeshji & whole Ganga Sadan Team....Keep up the good work.... Being a frequent Haridwar visitor - we are soon going to meet & would be hosting a similar family function (Mundan Ceremony of my niece) shortly.

Good location although the entrance needs work. Loved the food there. Private ghat and temple were a definite plus. Hotel was empty and front desk could have done a better job in upgrading or upselling to view room especially when prompted. Going above and beyond in customer service by front desk was lacking. Food service was prompt. Overall a good stay.

We had a very bad experience at Ganga Sadan , they cheat by showing good pictures and when you go there they treat you like dogs. Manager Mukesh was soo rude , he was not bothered to listen or give good room. Rooms were dirty with insects and dirty smell , when asked Manager Mukesh says you have already paid so adjust , we cant do anything. Pls dont every stay at this property. Rating 0

We have booked our Room in February paid money in advance but due to covid 19 we could not travel to haridwar. I have cancelled my Booking 5week before. They refused to give me my money back. So I request to all don't pay Ganga sadan Haridwar in advance. You want get your money back.
