    Examplelary service provided by housekeeping staff of raddison very neat, clean and Spacey rooms. Checking was superb and express well taken care by Raisa ,she took care of Evey single request. Loction of the hotel is very convenient.

    I am highly thankful to staff & specifically to Raisa who cooperated me during my stay of only two days in Radisson. Further my experience says that such staff member who are polite & cooperative in dealing with senior citizen like us feel respected &carry with them the good impression of the hotel.     Overall the stay was very pleasant and comfortable the staff was very professional and friendly in terms of customer service Dinu from front desk was very friendly we had a great talk in the lobby he is very polite and always greet with a pleasant smile .Food in chama gaucha is very delicious thanks Radisson for making my stay very enjoyable.

    The service was very average as the staff was not at all helpful with issues like Wi-Fi and AC. These small things need to be taken care of. For the pickup from office too I had to wait for almost 45 mins to get a confirmation.
