The Central Court

I had a wonderful experience at central court with its quality service & cooperative staff it's a good place to stay it is centrally located in heart of city. It's an place to call your guests and make an presentation for your business purposes.

sooooo....unexpected. they it is 3 star. I do not recommend this hotel to any one. may be it was a good 3 star long ago. not now at all. location is good. rooms are good furnitures are old ill maintained. one of chairs was broken. you have fridge, electric leg massag, hair dryer, a locker, coffee maker but non of them were in running condition except hot water heat jug for making coffee tea. Airconditioner was not running properly was very low. linens are OK. there were cockroaches scrawling in the bathroom. provide one towel in a double room with so cheaper toiletries. no room service here. because you can't even order bananas or sweets from outside. they do not allow you anything from outside. restaurant is small but interiors good. food is average & very expensive. there is no hot water in the rooms after 10 am. they even do not provide hot water in bucket even if you request for same. Complimentary breakfast available option for lodgers with limited number of items. do not expect dosa for complimentary breakfast .yesterday I was asked to pay for my complementary breakfast by the attender after checking his list of lodgers. Then I had to run to the front desk to confirm I have complementary breakfast😕. but all staff were friendly & nice. totally disappointed stay......

Stayed here for 5 days....Just tolerated the place... Club rooms, but dirty...fan was dirty, a/c wouldnt cool, cockroaches roaming all over, curtain falling, Very low bed,dirty walls,expensive food, grumpy reception staff, dimly lit corridors, small bathroom with dim lighting where you cannot see your face properly in the mirror, water from the shower squirts all over making it dangerous to walk for you might skid, breakfastwhich doesnt start till after 7.45 which makes it difficult when you are to take a tour or catch the bus to Ramoji film city which stops outside at sharp 7.45, Everything advertised in the hotel is not available. What a Pathetic place. Even a Lodge would be better. Shame they call it a 3 star hotel. Never ever again and I suggest people stay away from this dump or you will regret your stay ! Award winning? wonder what they got their award for, perhaps being the dirtiest hotel around !

Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. 1. The hallways reek of piss and everything in the room has a mouldy odour to it. 2. During my planned 4 nights stay (of which I only spent 2 in this hellhole), not once did house keeping answer the phone. 3. Multiple cockroaches in the room. 4. The water supply cut off while I was in the shower. 5.The toilet paper roll in the bathroom was 3/4th used already when I was handed the room. They had just crumpled the torn edge to make it seem like a fresh roll. 6. The breakfast buffet was poor.

We had booked the hotel on Diwali for 5 nights and still they charged mercilessly for 3 hours early check in, hotel neighbour family would burst heavy firecrackers till 4 o'clock night which was just below my window and inspite of constant requests they didn't provide with a room on front side for 6 hours were there was no sound, I was with a child and had to visit Ramoji film city early 6 oclock, the night manager ruined my entire journey which I will never forget and forgive. Pros: Just LOCATION Cons: 1) Very rude, rigid and unwelcoming front desk staff. 2) There is no manual latch inside the room, once suddenly someone from cleaning service opened the door and came inside with the help of the masterkey early in the morning while we were sleeping, very frightening and unsafe. 3) Basically no difference between club room and superior room, just a fancy lucrative word to fetch more money. 4) AC regulator broken, refrigerator broken, foot massager broken, hot water kettle broken the list goes on. 5) No potter available to carry guest's lugage front desk laughing shamelessly as guest struggles on their own. 6) Bathroom extremely dirty, sink overflowing, and scanty bathroom accessories like super tiny soap and cheapest shampoo pouch. 7) Dirty linen l, super dirty fan full of dust and wall full of scratches which they try to hide by providing scanty dull lighting. 8) Insects specially cockroaches and mosquitoes are found in abundance. 9) TV available but only Telegu news channels available so learn Telegu in case you want to enjoy television. 10) Hair, tiny left overs etc of previous guests are always visible inspite of cleaning ( I am sure they are suvineers).
