Best Service Oriented Hotel in Hyderabad

I have stayed recently from Mar 24th 2022 to Mar 28th 2022. The Hotel service was too good. I felt happy with the Breakfast options with live stations. Our checkin and checkout was very nicely handled The morning walk on Tankbund around 6AM was so pleasant with the lake view. Very nice. The probity helps since you can just walk and reach Tankbund in 100 steps.. The one thing I wanted to mention is - I like to sleep very cold and felt not comfortable evenwith the AC of 21* C.. My family is fine but I like cold So I requested if they can provide a fan. I left to complete my visit for the day and then I come back late afternoon/evening. The first thing I see when I get into the room is someone comes to handover the pedestal fan and place it as needed.Wow ! That shows how much they look after the Guests, I didn't have to remind them- note this point I again have to come back to Hyderabad so this time instead of staying at different place. I again reserved my stay from April 11th to 14th in the same hotel Keep up your great work Hyderabad Marriot Hotel & Convention Centre Team !!

This Hotel is wonderful has a great soul and identity. The staff is so much efficient, including the Door man who is super welcomimg. Strongly recommend to stay here , great service, the lobby has the Hyderabad baking Co. Which serves great coffee and small bites. Great vibes and absolutely delighted to be here. Would stay at this property in my next visit. The front office staff is very attentive and has great experience of handling the guests. Extremely busy hotel but won't be neglected.

Expression of good hospitality come with perseverance and involvement, which has been honed pretty well by Hyderabad Marriot Hotel and convention centre. With guest relation Priety and Rahul, things were even more simpler and well organised. Fitness centre and swimming pool were neat and well kept. Altitude bar is steered well and well stocked. Restaurant is outstandingly a ‘dastarkhan’ well spread, serving best to the palette. Icing was the lake facing room. Staff is courteous, helpful and immaculate in all interactions. Bonvoy … till we meet again

I had stayed in this hotel with wife from 29 Jan to 06 Feb 2022 (Room 6018). I had requested for an early check in and was obliged by the hotel. Had a very comfortable stay. Food was excellent and more excellent was the staff of the hotel particularly of the restaurant OKRA who were there to see our comforts. The rooms were good in size and had all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. Had a wonderful sleep. A very well maintained hotel and in the heart of the city of Hyderabad, just opposite the Hussain Sagar Lake/ Tank Bund. The restaurant had variety of items in breakfast. I had ordered food from in-room dining menu which was excellent too. No complaints as such except that the room provided to me had not a very good view (it was facing a graveyard).

Visited for a business meeting. Location is just beside Husain Sagar Lake. It was earlier Viceroy hotel , taken over by Marriott. They have tried to maintain the standards of Marriott, but have not been successful. Rooms are good, but there are carpets in the corridor, which are maintained properly. Food is reasonable.
