Stayed in this hotel with friends and it was a wonderful experience. Neat and clean rooms, delecious food, prompt Service were the Highlights. Thanks to the front desk staff and Manager for taking care of our good Stay. Must Visit

This hotel is in a business district and though on the main road, the approach remains chaotic.
The rooms are spacious, we were given an upgrade. Thank you so much.
The breakfast buffet spread could have more variety.
Since it is located in this busy Gachibowli area, there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby.
The parking, though available, is on the driveways. We were privileged to get premium space for our car by the courteous security staff. Appreciate it.
Overall, a good experience.

· 1. The internet was not working and I had been asking for the 2 days to resolve this. I was appalled at the service and response to this issue.
2. TV was not working. somebody came and switched a cable box
3. There were no towels in the room and I had to ask twice to get a fresh pair.
4. Low on toilet paper and I had to ask for additional roll. I would have thoughtthere would be at least one extra roll left in the room.
5. Took a shower when I checked in at 5 am and NO hot water - had to take a cold shower. I was told that hot water will resume in the morning .
6. At breakfast, we were seated at a table that somebody just left. There were a pair of fork and knives already on the table. I asked for a fresh pair. The waiter replaced it, but promptly took the other pair and put it in the drawer with fresh ones.
I emailed all this first to Ashok Satapathy - the email of Customer Service lead per the survey flier. The emailed bounced back. (Your message wasn't delivered to ashok.satapathy@siestaindia.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.)
Send the same email to corporate contact us email - NO RESPONSE!

Unbelievably bad and pathetic service. Its a well maintained facility but the charges are illogical.
They charge 60Rs for a bottle of water which needs to be paid In cash at 1 am and the funniest part being for Using Empty Plates they charge Rs 52/-
Please do not go by the star status , its a loot out here.
