    I stayed in FabHotels Siri inn Madhapur . Room cleanliness was very good service also excellent friendly Staff thank you for ur Services located in center of city And Last Especially Thank you to Mr Rajesh So friendly and supportive Hope will back again we recommend to everyone

    Good hotel staff very prompt response and cleanliness of room are good very spacious rooms comfortable for three persons good breakfast served directly room apart from the hotel located near to my office everything near to my surroundings totally good

    Great location for people having work in HiTec City. The hotel is located above a Reliance Fresh outlet and hence the entry to this place is always slushy. The garage is underground the entry is very steep, so difficult for cars to enter. Hence the luggage has to be carried over the slushy entry point. The staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast options are very limited and the portions are also limited. They serve in the room however charge extra for tea/coffee. The rooms are not very hygienic. The bedsheets and towels were brown in colour. Overall maintenance of the property needs improvement.

    I had reserved through a well known international hotel booking site for 17-18 Dec 2019. I had even prepaid 25% supposedly to guarantee the room. But when I presented myself at the reception to check in, the night staff told me in barely understandable English that all rooms were taken. I then called the FabHotel customer service center and after having been kept on hold for 15-20 minutes, they told me that the real issue was that this particular property does not accept foreigners. They then offered to rebook me to a different nearby FabHotel which cost more than twice the price. I accepted, because I needed a room for the night. I never got a refund for the 25% prepayment.

    The room stinks, the hotel staff does not provide support. Bedsheet, Blanket and Pillow covers were almost brown. It was not washed since Years. Staff refused to provide a different bedsheet or blanket. Room service is very poor. No packaged botlle is provided. they charge extra even for 1 cup of milk when breakfast was complimentary.
