I had an excellent stay, the staff was very courteous. Housekeeping staff such as Phaneedra were very helpful to any problems or requests I had.
The location is at a good place, close to malls and itsnt too crowded.
Perfect stay , value for money , amazing location !

My stay at Fairfield marriott was a very comfortable one . Easy and smooth checkin helped by sreejana .
Sreejana also recommended good restaurants and bars around .
Breakfast was a big spread and even though I reached late I was served well by song and her team.
Overall very happy with the stay .

Also staff is supportive and helps even if you call at night

Only if there were negative stars on the google review process, this place would feature as a "Prohibited" or "Please avoid" territory.
This is definitely the worst Marriott property I have ever visited and possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever been to.
The rooms are crampy and extremely shady, worse than any room which you may get at some random suburban hotel. The washroom is a small glass cubicle inside the room out of which water seeps out to the floors and carpet. The roof is leaky with large water stains.
The towels and bedsheets were stained and unhygienic, the breakfast buffet was terrible and overcrowded, the staff behavior is probably one of the worst i have come across. I am not sure how this place manages to have a 4 star rating on google and some of the other sites, but definitely a "No-Go" with negative value for money.
Overall, it is better to stay in the waiting room of a railway station than being in one of these rooms. Two thumbs down and a 5 negative stars for this place! If hell hath a name...thou shalt be Fairfield Hyderabad!

Everything about this hotel was awful. I had booked and prepaid for a twin room but on arrival they gave me a queen bed. After a lot of hassle at 1am to checkin, they gave me a twin room which was used. There was hair on the bed, carpets were stained and dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom and it was beyond dirty. Like railway station level dirty. Exhausted and tired at 1am, i waited to have the linen changed and bathroom cleaned. Service was horrible. Everyday after cleaning for some reason they would only give one towel between two guest. How are we supposed to share a towel? No handtowels. Everyday we would call and ask for more towels and then wait 40 mins for them to bring it. We wanted to have drinks and asked for glasses and ice, they made us wait 30 mins and gave disposable glass. Refused to give proper glasses. Made us wait around 1 hour for ice. I asked for a weighing scale to weigh our luggage and they refused to provide one. Asked me to go to their gym to use it. After a lot of fighting they gave one. Everything about this stay was beyond uncomfortable and dirty. How is this property a Marriot property is beyond me.
