I booked a room in December to celebrate my engagement with my fiance. I spoke to Sai Kiran from their sales team for a day or so and decided on a price. He asked me to transfer the money to their account and I did.
Post that, he sent me the booking confirmation which read in the terms and conditions that unmarried couples will not be allowed. I immediately called him up and asked him how come he never mentioned it before I paid him the money (remember I was in constant touch with him for almost 2 days before finalizing and sending the money).
He later said that they cannot allow us to stay their even if we're engaged. (Mind you it is totally legal for unmarried couples to stay at hotels and resorts in India now). Anyway, after much disappointment for having my celebration plans ruined, I asked him to cancel and send back my money. (Reminder that this was minutes after the money hit their account and I received the booking confirmation)
He sent me part of the money, holding back about 3000 rupees for transaction fees apparently. This is outright fraud.
They NEVER told me about a policy which they are apparently pretty strict about BEFORE booking when I clearly mentioned I'm planning to celebrate my engagement. And also because they just completely started ignoring my calls ever since shamelessly.
I don't understand what transaction fees could be there when I transferred money straight into their account. And who charges over 20% as transaction fees?
I tried calling multiple numbers and spoke to multiple people only to hear false promises and being blocked since.
Really annoyed and wanted to put this out there to help other fellow users of the internet.

They charged us extra amount for the room decoration (3000/-). Even after paying that, they did not do any decoration. I have been following up with them for past 20 days and they do not respond back and still haven’t initiated the refund which they promised.It is not a small amount like 100 or 200 which we can let go.Such a fraud. Very bad customer service.

First of all One star rating is also too much,
Issues which we faced:
1. Hotel Service is Pathetic, they took 45mins to allot the room when the reception was vacant.
2. There were no door stoppers
3.The flush was not working properly
4.Room extensions were not working and when working the reception and hotel restaurant not picking up the call.
5. The tea which we ordered took more than 1hour to deliver in the room.
6. Asked for the tea without sugar but they ignored the instructions and sent with tea with double sugar
7. When ordered Kadhai Paneer they served non veg sabzi .. pathetic service...
8. Only TT on the name of indoor games. They mentioned on their website caroom,chess,pool table as well.

After tying multiple call and chat connect with one of executive and provide all the details for check-in and check-out and all package details has been confirm.
But one last minute he said on the request check-in date room is not available.
They wasted my 4 hours.

A disgusting place to visit and stay! Booked it for a Christmas holiday with friends and family. Booked a higher category of rooms thinking it would be great. But how wrong were we!!
Completely ill managed and I'll equipped front office and room managers!
Bed sheets full of hair, phone not working for over 2 hrs, no wifi, unwashed coffee mugs, kettles, dirt all around, balcony full of rat dung!
No one knows who the GM is! Wasim says there is no manager! How can that be?
We are extremely disappointed. We reached today and are already ready to go back home! Pls can anybody who is the management or owner (Ms Swati) pls call me back!? We dont want to stay here any further. Pls call me as we are extremely scared of the lack of hygiene and disregard for cleanliness especially in these COVID times!
