Indore Marriott Hotel

The ambience is pretty nice and a must visit place for family and friends. The service provided by the entire team especially Ms .Neha was flawless and greeted by very warm welcome ,special thanks to the chef as well for the Indian cuisine and great taste as well. Not to forget the moctails ..

Stayed there for 3 nights during a trip in April 2022. Excellent hospitality and one of the best food we have ever had. Special thanks to Chef Maithili who took great care of my 5 year old daughter and pampered her with her favourite breakfast. The entire staff was very caring and helpful. Overall had a wonderful experience.

We are a group of 5 adults - 3 being senior citizens. From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality has been outstanding. Om at the front desk, Purnima (she’s a star) the Loyalty Manager and Tarun from help desk went out of their way to make this stay comfortable. The hotel itself is good enough- and meets expectations. They really need to put locks on their bathroom doors though.

Planned to dine at Pragan restaurant at Marriott Indore, had good time at the restaurant Rapden serves very well to us, he treated us like a family member offered nice special food of the restaurant. Thank you Rapden,

The rooms were spaces, but the service & staff need a revamp totally. At breakfast, for 2 days back to back, my wife asked for a waffle with honey and banana but even after waiting for 25 minutes it did not arrive and we could not wait longer. On the 2nd day we even complained about the same to your manager but except for a sorry he had nothing to say. We did not accept this type of service from Marriott. In room dining it took more than 45 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. That is ridiculous timing, by any standards. Also, the food order took more than an hour, and it was dead cold, looking at the order size of 3 sandwiches I think it was too much to ask for. Also, your staff at Indore Kitchen needs to learn a lot on how to answer the guests. If we say that we are waiting for our food, it is not that we are asking within 5-10 min of order, we have waited a substantial amount of time (25min) for it and only then we inquiry. This was for breakfast, I am glade did not opt for lunch or dinner. In fact the staff overall is very unprofessional, they don't even have a courteous way to talk with guests. It seems they need attitude classes. Overall these is a so called 5 star property, highjacked by wedding guest and hotel staff is busy just attending to them as if other guests are non existent. I hope Marriott rolls up there sleeves or just be some hotel where people throw grand weddings only.
