Good property, rooms are clean & hygienic, service provided by staff is good, Food was tasty, stayed foe one night & had a great stay there, Thanks to Feel India Tours & Travels for booking my stay here.

The location is convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is good. The basement banquet hall is small and approach is not easy and clean. The party halls on 2nd and 3rd floor are better located and quite nice.

We stayed there in July when we can to Indore to attend the marriage of a friend's son. The bride's father had booked the rooms and they were also staying there. All the functions were also held in the same hotel. In fact, for the Bharaat, we started off from the hotel gate, went a short distance, made a U turn and came back to the hotel to be welcomed by the bride's team! The rooms were neat and comfortable, but the service was non existant. Since we were is such a big group we did not mind, since most of the time we were in each others' rooms. The staff at the reception would simply evade our requests and the rest of the staff in the hotel did a permanent disappearing act! In the main function, being held in the conference room, it was completely self service right from searching for the AC switches to switching on the ACs, to setting up the chairs for extra guests. The food variety was nice, and food was good. However, all the food arrangements were made for us specially, so we did not get to eat in the restaurant as a normal guest would. The hotel had parking for a few cars, but when the local guests arrived for the function, then parking became an issue.

We organised a wedding there. AC was not working in any room or hall despite several complaints. Bathroom and towels were not clean. Even in final settlement they asked for more money then justified in name of tax, which was already in the package. All in all a bad experience, will never go back.

I had booked 26 rooms 11 on 13th and 26 rooms on 14th June for barat of Girls from LUCKNOW on 13th and we and our guests on 14 th not a single guest was satisfied with their centralised room ac. 1st Ganesh Pooja hosted in 3rd floor hall ac operated after arrival of all our people at 8.00 am upto 18.00 hrs they people could not cooled it end of marriage programne .No one or anyone was satisfied Reason centralised ac And hot weather outside.So ac is poorest due to their centralised ac. At 3rd floor wash room was no light they repaired it 19.30 which was in vain for us as we left at 18. Hrs for our next recieption programme at 20.00 pm. At 2nd floor ac was in same position as centralised ac and Flush of wash room not in working without help of their Sweeper you can not flush. On 3rd floor we forgot 3 items 1) Steel Pooja thali 2) one packet of sarees 3)one bedsheet blue color and one Indian sweet packet of 1 kg left in Maharaja Banquet Not a single item found by them in lost item .No doubt food breakfast is very good and we are being charged a handsome amount. It’s a good place for Finction or Marrige party not for stay .No drinking water service in rooms even glass not supplied.No towels and and other bathroom service provided. And above all all Manager think Public is illiterate and can be drive by one Stick They have to change their mentality NARESH LAWANI
