Hotel Winway

Excellent Hospitality Stayed in hotel for two nights. Front Office, Housekeeping and Food was outstanding. Mr. Jim Bora Front Office Manager did Excellent job for us. Thanks once again Mr. Jim and looking forward to check in again. Will be recommending to lot of acquainted people around.

I booked this hotel based on the rating given on Booking.com. True to the rating, we found the hotel stunningly clean, rooms cozy and well decked up with very warm and courteous staff. We ordered food in room and it came absolutely hot. It was sumptuous and well laid out. The breakfast in the morning was again very tasty, had a decent spread laid out neatly in cozy dining area. The hotel is located at the hub of all activities so reaching locations is not a hassle. Overall a very comfortable and warm stay. Will come again.

Stayed for one night in junior suit, little expensive but room was big. Very close to railway station. Breakfast was delicious and we loved it. Overall good experience. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Winway hotel stay was very pleasant. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is courteous and provides quick services. Their patio area is extremely beautiful, decorated with money plants all over. Jim ensured we had a great experience.

Hotel location : Good. Quite centrally located and within reach of the places we wanted to visit. Staff : Courteous and helpful. If you can speak Hindi...would be an advantage !! But.... special mention about Jim Kumar Borah their Front Office Manager.... extremely professional, polite, very well spoken (yes... in English) and helpful. He ensured our stay was comfortable and nice. Thank you Food : Breakfast spread quit ordinary. Good that they serve Eggs (made-to-order). We were late for diner, so could only get Dal Khichdi, which, fortunately was very well cooked, was tasty and hot when served and good portions. We did not have any other meal there. Room : Nothing very great. Room size as adequate, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with Towels and basic toiletries provided (Soap/Shampoo). Tea/Coffee sachets with Electric Kettle & packaged Drinking Water provided.
